All U.S orders over $75 are shipped for FREE via U.S postal service. This does not apply to Canada, Mexico or international shipments.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for 3.99 and $1 per item charge on all orders under $75. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.
Here at Shepaisy we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online as a woman. We want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible!
When returning an item please take not of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
-Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the sole responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
-Store credit will be issued for purchase price of returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase item in a different size or a different style completely and store credit never expires.
-Returns must be post marked within 21 days of order placement. Any returns after 21 days of order placement will be rejected, and sender will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive merchandise back.
-All returned must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and copy of the original invoice or return form included. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
**If an item returned has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, has deodorant on it, or any appearance of being worn it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.**
-Clearance and jewelry accessories sales are final and non-refundable.
-Notification of issue of store credit will be sent via email.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise contact us immediately.
Process for defective/damaged items:
-Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Indicate â€œDefectiveâ€ or â€œDamagedâ€ in the subject line.
-Include the first and last name, order #, style # and description in email.
